After many years of moving around from place to place, the Delta Pi chapter finally moved into our current residence at 2038 Unity Place, the University of Louisville's Greek Row, in August of 2008. The house was built during early years of the 20^th century, and has been a huge benefit to the chapter during the past few years due to the fact that it has had a great unifying effect for us. Currently, eight brothers live in the house.

The brothers of our chapter have invested a great deal of time and money into making our home a warm and inviting place where everyone can enjoy themselves. The chapter is committed to continuing the improvements to the house so that it can become one of the best on campus. Congratulations are  due to our House Mother, Barbara Ausick, who recently won Beta Theta Pi's prestigious House Mother of the Year award. Our chapter appreciates all of the help that has been given to our brothers from alumni, parents, and friends in our efforts to maintain the house as the face of our hard working chapter.
